My approach to therapy is client-centered and holistic. I take into consideration all aspects of wellbeing including emotional, physical, spiritual, intellectual, psychological, as important parts of healing. I use this framework in combination with your unique perspective based on your life experience, personality, and cultural considerations.

I offer clinical services to help you understand challenges you are facing, learn ways to actualize your full potential, and overcome barriers that get in the way of living a happy and fulfilling life.

I have training in mindfulness-based approaches in working with anxiety/stress related disorders and depression. I also have experience with working with life transitions, relationship issues, chronic medical illness, chronic pain, and the impact of trauma, grief/loss.
