About Me

I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, California in June 2015. My main clinical interests include complex trauma work, creative expression, chronic medical illness, chronic pain, mindfulness-based therapies and yoga, and the impact of anxiety on human functioning

I completed my doctoral training at the University of Washington, Tacoma Student Counseling Center providing individual, couples, and group therapy to non-traditional undergraduate students. I have specialty training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and HeartMath biofeedback. Prior to moving to Seattle, my training included work in various different community mental health settings in California, as well as at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco where I served an inpatient population with medical and psychiatric diagnosis.
